REGISTRATION OF DATA CONTROLLERS PURSUANT TO SECTION 15 OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT, 2020.

ALL data controllers are required to register for the present 2025/2026 registration year. 
Data controllers must have or create an account on the My OIC Portal tab of this website to access and complete the registration form and submit their application with proof of payment. 
Instructions for completing the application form are included in the form and further guidance is provided in the Information Note: Registration  under the Resource Center tab. The OIC does not accept paper applications or in-office payments. Applications are processed in order of priority.
